Mundos is proud to announce a partnership with MAWBY Sparkling and Big Little Wines to add a wine bar at Mundos 305 in downtown Traverse City. We’ve collaborated to bring you an elevated experience with unique wine and food pairings. Look out for an opening date soon (when we have all the necessary approvals).

When we connected with the team at MAWBY, we immediately recognized a shared vision. MAWBY mirrors our dedication to excellence and our enthusiasm for creating memorable experiences. Their mastery is in crafting exquisite wines and innovative winemaking techniques. MAWBY is Leelanau County’s oldest winery and has been making wine for over 50 years.
Start your day with shot of single origin espresso or freshly brewed pour over and take on the day. As the sun begins to lower, unwind with a glass of MAWBY’s finest sparkling wine paired with your dinner.
COFFEE CUVEÉ
Bill Wieske, the production winemaker at MAWBY, has created a coffee cuvée specifically for the Mundos 305 wine bar using Mundos Coffee. Through experimenting and tasting, we were able to work together to come up the best coffees and roast profiles for this cuvée. This exclusive blend has been carefully crafted to complement the sparkling wine, offering a harmonious balance of flavors. The coffee cuvée will feature notes that enhance the natural sweetness and acidity of our beans, creating a truly unique taste that bridges the gap between coffee and wine.
PERFECT PAIRINGS
What better way to enjoy a glass of wine than with a unique food pairing. We will offer a rotating menu of specially crafted meals, fine cheeses, cured meats and wines that pair and compliment each other.
